About Susan Pack
Combining expertise as a Certified Ayurveda Practitioner (CAP) with a passion for Indian cooking has taken Susan Pack on an amazing journey. Susan’s unique skill set allows her to both “serve” and honor food as one’s primary and most important source of medicine. After learning about food from traditional Indian cooks, and collaborating on an indian cookbook, Susan refined her technique over the ensuing years by cooking for friends. Today, she is a popular speaker sharing the advantages of the Ayurveda lifestyle as well as offering Indian cooking demonstrations.
Imagine yourself confidently preparing an Indian feast that everyone loves.
Susan’s Seasonal Cooking Classes emphasize using spices to enhance flavor and promote improved digestion and health. You’ll become familiar with amazing lentils, beans and vegetables, along with the chutneys common to Indian recipes. In addition, you’ll learn how to eat in harmony with the seasons, as nature intended, for optimum health.

Susan Pack prepares a panoply of delicious, healthy Indian meals, always from a recipe! This means we can take the recipes home and make the same delicious, healthy meals. There is no magic suggested or implied, just honest effort and wonderful raw materials that can be prepared by mortals. And maybe, just maybe, a little Ayurvedic wisdom about health and wellness will get thrown in, to boot! Never a disappointment.
